WMEDED Services Limited is referred to as “WellMedic”, “WellMedic.co.uk”, “us”, “we” or “our” in these terms and conditions.
Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of this website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using this website immediately and should not purchase our products or services.

Application
1.1 These terms and conditions shall apply to the provision of the free and paid services as outlined in clause 7 by WMEDED SERVICES LIMITED.
Definitions and Interpretation
2.1 In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings;
“Account” means your personal login for this website. This includes your personal information that you share with us, but will not include your payment information as that is stored with our payment provider.
“Advertisement medium” means any marketing channel used by WellMedic. This includes but is not limited to blog posts, podcasts, emails, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram and Linkedin.
“AKT” means the Applied Knowledge Test which forms part of the MRCGP
“Customer” means the person who has used our paid or free services.
“Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, code or any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this website.
“Service” means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that WellMedic makes available through the website, email or third-party services either now or in the future.
“System” means, any online communications infrastructure or online material that is made available through the website. This includes, but is not limited to email, discussion posts, comments, podcasts and blogs.
“Supplier” means WellMedic. Registered as WMEDED SERVICES LIMITED.
“User/Users” means, any third-party that accesses the website and is not employed by WellMedic.
“Website” https://wellmedic.co.uk/ and any sub-domains of this site. This also includes https://wellmedic.thinkific.com/ and any sub-domains of this site. These terms and conditions also apply to any domains linked to our third-party applications.
“WellMedic” is the trading name for WMEDED SERVICES Limited.

3.1 Persons under the age of 18 should only use this website with the supervision of an Adult. Payment information must be provided by adult users only.
Privacy
4.1 Use of this website is also governed by our privacy policy which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.
Disclaimers
5.1 Your membership on this website is purely for educational use only. Any opinion, news or research pieces contained on this website or via other advertisement mediums is provided as general market commentary and does constitute as exam advice.
5.2 By viewing any material or using the information provided by WellMedic you agree that is general education material and you will not hold any person or entity responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the content or general information provided.
5.3 For the avoidance of any doubt, WellMedic, its employees, directors or associate members are not qualified medical lecturers, teachers or medical education experts. We are doctors with an interest in the wellbeing of other doctors and an interest in the accessibility of medical education.
5.4 The content available via our AKT courses is restricted to those who have purchased the course. Sharing our content is prohibited without our prior consent. This extends to all of the Google sheets shared via WellMedic.
5.5 At the time of production, the course and website material is deemed to be accurate as per our internal review processes. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current at the time of your access.
5.6 Our information is provided on a general basis and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis of making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete and timely sources of information. Reliance on our material is solely at your own risk.
5.7 We reserve the right to amend any errors on our website without prior notice.
Basis of Sale and Service
These terms and conditions come into effect when either;
6.1 A user completes an online purchase of any material produced by us.
6.2 A user registers and attends a free service.
6.3 A user attends a webinar hosted on a third-party platform by WellMedic.
6.4 A user accesses any content published on the WellMedic website or sent via email.
The Services
Our paid services currently include;
7.1 The complete evidence-based medicine course
7.2 15 ways to boost your AKT score (Premium) course.
7.3 The complete AKT admin course.
7.4 Access to our course is given for 90 days from the time of purchasing a course. A course can be extended with no further charge if one of the two following conditions are met;
7.4.1 You are sitting the exam in more than 90 days.
7.4.2 You fail your exam and plan to resit at a future date.
7.4.3 In in order to honour this, we will require proof of your future exam date and/or proof of failing the AKT. If you are unable to provide proof of a future AKT booking, we will expect you to provide your AKT booking receipt as soon as the AKT booking window opens via the Royal College of General Practitioners. Failure to do so will result in an immediate termination of your account.
Our free services currently include;
7.5 Access to our email newsletter which is circulated at relevant intervals at our discretion only.
7.6 Access to our podcasts which are submitted to our website, apple podcasts and spotify podcasts.
7.7 Access to our blog posts and other relevant marketing or educational content.
7.8 Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all descriptions of the services listed in these terms and conditions are met, we are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions.
7.9 Our products are offered through internet services. The quality of the user experience will be dependent on your internet connection. We will not be held responsible for a reduction in video or access quality.
7.10 Our products may be limited to certain customers and we are not obligated to offer you access to a certain product.
7.11 Our product range is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the whole or part of any existing services.
7.12 Regular paid webinars will be hosted and will be temporary charged services as per the advertised webinar.
Price
8.1 The price of goods and services shall be the advertised price on our website.
8.2 If a price is pre-agreed between ourselves and the user, that price shall remain valid for 24 hours and will be honoured using a voucher code.
8.3 The price displayed on the website is inclusive of any applicable taxes imposed by local laws.
8.4 All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time as necessary without any prior notice. All pricing information is reviewed and updated regularly.
Payment
9.1 All payments shall be made at the time of processing the order.
9.2 To process payments, the website uses a third party payment gateway Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment data. Payment data is processed by Stripe, Inc. For more information on Stripe, please visit https://stripe.com/gb/checkout/legal
Refunds
10.1 If the user has accessed our course or had access granted to our templates or cheat sheets refunds will not be offered.
10.2 If you have not accessed the material stated in 10.1 and have signed up in error, we can offer a full refund if requested within 48 hours via email to [email protected].
10.3 Processing your refund may take up to 72 hours. If you access the course, templates or cheat sheets within this time period the refund will not be applied.
Accounts
11.1 In order to purchase and access paid services on this website you are required to create an account. We request that all of the information you submit is accurate and truthful.
11.2 It is explicitly forbidden to share your account details. We accept no liability for losses or damages incurred as a result of details shared by you. If you use a shared computer we would recommend that you do not store your login details.
11.3 If anyone else uses your account details to access any products you have purchased then this will constitute a new sale and you will be responsible for this payment.
11.4 If you defraud WellMedic by sharing your account details or our paid resources without prior written consent. We will have to inform the General Medical Council with our probity concerns
11.5 If you have reason to believe that another party has obtained your account details without consent, you should contact us immediately so that we can suspend access to the relevant account.
11.6 The account details you share (not including your payment information), may be transferred unencrypted and may involve access over various networks.
Termination and Cancellation
12. 1 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes cancelling any pending orders.
12.2 If we decide to terminate your account you will be notified by email.
12.3 We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
12.4 If we terminate your account, we will provide you with a full refund.
12.5 If you choose to terminate your own account and are not eligible for a refund as stated in clause 10, we will issue no refund.
Use of communication facilities
13.1 Users are able to leave comments and feedback in certain blog posts, podcasts and course lessons. We reserve the right to monitor any and all communications made using our system.
13.2 We may, but have no obligation to remove content that we (at our discretion) consider to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or are deemed to violate another party’s intellectual property.
13.3 You agree that by engaging in our discussions that you will not post comments that violate clause 13.3.
13.4 If you breach the above guidance, we reserve the right to cancel your account and terminate access to all products without offering a refund.
Limitation of liability
14.1 The user shall indemnify the Supplier against all damages, costs, claims and expenses suffered by the Supplier arising from any losses or damages.
14. 2 Using our paid and non-paid services does not guarantee you an exam pass. The content is here to support your revision strategy. We are not to be held responsible for you failing your exam.
14.3 We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the website or any information contained therein. Users should accept that they use the website and its content at their own risk.
Force Majeure
15.1 In the event that either party is unable to fulfil its obligation under this agreement by reason of any supervening event beyond its control, including but not limited to war, national emergency, flood, earthquake, lockdown or strike neither party will be deemed to be in breach of their obligations under this agreement. They shall immediately give notice to the other party if reasonably able to do so.
15.2 WellMedic shall have no liability to the user if it or its third-party software are prevented from or delayed from performing its obligations under this agreement, or from carrying out its business, by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitations, strikes, lockdown, industrial disputes, failure of a utility, failure of a third-party software or service, failure of transport, failure of telecommunication networks, act of God, war, riot, malicious damage, compliance with any legal or government order. If it is reasonable to do so, users should be notified of the event with the expected disruption duration.
Changes to T&Cs
16. 1 We reserve the right to change the website, its content or these terms and conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the terms and conditions from the first time you use the website following the changes.
Availability of website
17.1 The service is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the service will be free of defects and / or faults. We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP failure, host equipment failure, connection network failure, power failure, third-party software failure or downtime, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions.
Intellectual property
18.1 All content on the website is the property of WellMedic. By continuing to use the website you acknowledge that such material is protected by the applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.
18.2 You may copy and re-use content from our website for personal educational purposes only. Unless you are given prior written permission by WellMedic.
18.3 You agree not to use the content on our website for commercial purposes.
18.4 You agree not to systematically copy the content on this website for the purposes of creating a database or directory.
